Ask Neko does not collect personal information.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect, store, sell or share personal data through the app. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics.

In-app purchases

Optional purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple's handling of purchase and account information is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

Contacting support

If you choose to email us, we will receive the information you include in your message so we can respond. This is separate from data collected by the app itself.
